“ The home style food is way above average. The jalapeno gravy is one of the best gravy sauces I've ever had. The service is good but the place is a little hard to navigate around and can get crowded. ”
“ Food was great, service was great. Roast chicken very dry but the replaced it immediately. I know they have a green space and encourage kids playing...but put down the wine and at least check on your kids. It's like a zoo. ”
“ Let me just say , as a Mia I approve ! The burgers were huge and tasted delicious, sweet potato fry’s were great, chips and queso , is affordable and a great appetizer. But the things that really had me was the Mac and cheese and strawberry lemonade. 1000/10. ”
“ Great place! My first time eating here and I was quite hungry. I saw my plate was completely empty before I realized I'd forgotten to take photos of the food. Anyhow, I got the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and mac-n-cheese. The mac was really good and so was everything else. I tasted my daughters chicken fried chicken which was also very good and my other daughter loved the cheeseburger. I'd also like to mention that they offer free soft serve at the end of the meal and the prices were pretty good. Enjoy! ”
“ Went in at 6:51 p.m., the place wasn't jam-packed but had a steady flow of customers and plenty parking. The food was great, the customer service was excellent and all of the tables were spotless and clean. Very warm and welcoming environment with large portions and a big menu. Great to come by yourself to grab a bite or bring the whole family. ”
“ Excellent food, friendly and efficient service and a good wine and beer selection. Nice traditional roadhouse vibe. The busy parking lot and filled tables around 1pm on a weekday attest to the popularity. The chicken fried steak with jalapeno cream sauce was truly the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy even with the sauce atop, very tender steak, and delicious sauce. Huge portion too. My wife loved the chicken salad, and was pleasantly and happily surprised at the free soft serve ice cream station on the way out. We’ll surely be adding Mia’s to our rotation. ”
“ We have eaten here a couple of times. They are usually very busy when we come to Houston, but we have gotten in without issues. We have only had burgers, fries, onion rings, banana pudding, and the free soft serve ice cream. It has been excellent each time. Definitely recommended. The staff are wonderful and seem to enjoy their jobs. The atmosphere is welcoming, kind of old diner style but not over done. Can be a bit noisy but not as bad as some places. I want to try some more menu items, but I'm stubborn and I like the burgers. Maybe one day. ”
“ Great selection of food, all American style meals like fried chicken, ribs, chicken fried steak and milkshakes. Very good customer service too. Ordering is easy, prices are a little higher than other places but the quality of food and speed of service makes up for that. This place is always busy but does a great job keeping the business flowing. Pictured here are the baby back ribs with Mac-n-cheese and green beans fried pickle chips for an appetizer. Ribs were very good and meat fell off the bone. 5 stars will always be back ”
